Technical and Production Capabilities

An extensive machine park enables us to ensure the continuity of the entire production process, from materials procuring to final assembly. Through our own capabilities, we also ensure the design, construction and technological side of a project.

Design and Development Work

We provide technical support, it is understood as all technical activity - offer proceeding, development, production drawings, up to technical assistance during production and assembly.

Cutting and Forming of Materials

We deliver shape cut parts from standard construction steels and special material. We are able to provide non-standard materials or materials with unusual dimensions.

Welding

As a standard we ensure welding of standard and austenitic steels and welding of non-ferrous metals, including aluminium. We verify the quality of welding using all known methods.

Machining

We have a unique machining workplace, which enables, for example, impact milling, horizontal boring machines with a travel up to 26,000 mm, vertical drilling to a maximum turning diameter of 11,500 mm, etc.

Surface Treatment and Painting

The entire production process is ended with a surface treatment and final painting and/or anti-corrosion protection.

Servicing, Completion and Assembly

For products for which we do not ensure assembly work we can provide completion and in the case of more complex technological parts also test assembly.
