Technical and Production Capabilities

Our foundry and forging production is supported by two foundries and one forging shop located in our manufacturing plants in Uničov and Olomouc.

Our total annual production capacity is approximately 31,000 tons of castings and about 9,000 tons of forgings.

Metallurgy Technical Support

We use a wide range of software tools to help us achieve production efficiency and cost savings, ia. programms MAGMAsoft, CATIA and Simufact.forming 8.0.

Pattern Production on the 3D Printer

We offer to produce 3D printed patterns for reducing the delivery time of samples.

Foundries Equipment

Technical foundations are provided by the workplaces for melting, moulding, core production and cleaning. At the moulding facility we offer automatic, semi-automatic and hand moulding.

Forge Shop Equipment

Production of rotating and non-rotating forgings are provided by forging lines - crank presess, counter blow and also double-acting hammers.

Heat Treatment

We offer the following heat treatment possibilities - normalization, annealing, quenching and tempering, stress relieving, soft annealing, stress relieving after welding and ferritizing annealing.

Machining

We have a unique machining workplace, which enables, for example, impact milling, horizontal boring machines with a travel up to 26,000 mm, vertical drilling to a maximum turning diameter of 11,500 mm, etc.
