Within the frame of project “Innovation of production technologies and processes leading to the increase of competitive ability” ev. No. 4.1 INO4/778, which is co-funded from the EU resources within the framework of OPPI INNOVATION programme - innovative project, installation of electromechanical testing machine Z400E supplied by German company ZWICK GmbH&Co.KG has been finished. Testing machine Z400E enables company UNEX a. s. to carry out demanding mechanical material tests through tension up to loading of 400 kN according to EN ISO 6842-1 method A.
Testing range:
Testing bars up to the thickness of 30 mm, profiles up to the thickness of 80 mm and max. loading of 400 kN.
Standard tests Ø 6 - 14 mm (up to) according to the ČSN 420314, DIN 50125/B,C, ASTM A 370 and max. loading of 250 kN.
The main contribution of the investment is an improvement of testing results together with compliance with European standard EN ISO 6892-1, within the accuracy category 1a and also a replacement of obsolete testing machines.
Total investment costs were 5.1 million CZK.
