JUDr. Ladislav Janči, the chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Arcada Capital, a.s. parent company has been appointed chairman of the Board of UNEX a.s., Ing. Michal Čabiňak, a member of the Supervisory Board of UNEX, a.s. has been appointed Director General of the UNEX Group and Ing. Petr Kalivoda, MBA has been appointed to the newly created position of Executive Director UNEX a.s.
Changes to the positions of Chairman of the Board and Director General of the UNEX Group will enable the Arcada Capital, a.s. company to more effectively administer its subsidiary companies and appointment of an experienced UNEX manager to the position of Executive Director UNEX a.s. will ensure continuity in the UNEX development.
