For all applicants for a job in our company, we have prepared a separate website with complete information on vacancies and competitive hiring procedures in all of our plants, including all the necessary information to decide on one’s own career in the UNEX company.

Immediately after completing their studies, the secondary vocation school and training institution graduates can enrol for our training program as fitters and welders. Rather than work experience, enthusiasm for work, readiness to acquire new skills as well as interest in the metalworking and heavy engineering area are preferred with the new graduates.

Graduates interested in the fitter’s or welder’s job can report every Tuesday from 8 a.m. at the personnel department of the UNEX company in Uničov (UNEX a.s., Brníčko 1032, Uničov).

We support our employees in their further education in the technical line, personal development and acquisition of certificates and attestations of the qualifications gained. At present, the following education programs are prepared for the UNEX company employees:

• Vocational courses

We offer opportunities to extend one’s education and acquire qualification in the area of production (welding, operation of machinery, control of technology, metallurgy, manufacturing processes, testing of materials and products, repairs of machinery, labour safety) as well as the areas of development of interpersonal and presentation skills, knowledge of work with information technologies, etc.

• Language courses

Our products and services can be found on every continent. Therefore, we also lay stress on language skills of our employees, supporting their further language education.
